Last year the Edelweiss Bistro and Lounge quickly established itself as the best dinner house and bar in the Valley with outstanding food and a hopping Happy Hour. With our executive chef returning this season with new ideas and dishes, the Bistro and Lounge will remain the perfect places for drinks and dinner.

The Edelweiss Bistro serves dinner for our guests and visitors alike with, new this year, stone oven-baked hand-made pizzas to go.  A complete wine list and a variety of international and local beers will lure you to our comfortable lounge and bar area. Après ski, unwind in the billiards room, groove to swinging jazz and blues, or curl up next to one of our fireplaces with a hot toddy....

Please note: Our Bistro & Bar are not open during the summer months. Our restaurant will open for Happy Hour and dinner as of Friday November 23rd. The restaurant will be closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays until the slopes open and then each Tuesday. Happy Hour and limited menu available on Tuesday nights after slopes open.
