STANDARD RATES

Rates below are listed by season and are per night per unit type for fully furnished condominiums. A limited number of hotel rooms are also available throughout most of the season; please inquire for availability. Room rates do not include lift tickets or meals. Room taxes of 13.6875% are not included in rates below.

Summer Season
April - November 23rd

Summer is a great time to enjoy the cool nights and beautiful sunny days in Taos Ski Valley. Come for great hiking and fishing, and this summer promises some of the best white water on the Rio Grande in decades! Discounts for extended stays available.

Hotel rooms $100 per night; 1 bedroom/ 1 bath $160 per night; 1 bedroom/ 2 bath $175 per night; 2 bedroom/ 2 bath $265 per night; 3 bedroom/ 3 bath $335 per night. As of May 29th, summer Rates include breakfast based on standard occupancies.

Fall Skiing- Half Price Special
Nov. 24th - Dec. 16th

Jump into the ski season with no crowds and great discounts throughout the Valley. Discounted lift tickets and "first tracks" of the season beckon!

Hotel room $175 per night; 1 bedroom/ 1 bath $275 per night; 1 bedroom/ 2 bath $300 per night; 2 bedroom/ 2 bath $425 per night; 3 bedroom/ 3 bath $575 per night.

Early Winter Season
December 17th- 25th

Enjoy the slopes before the crowds with special rates before the prime time. Great discounts available for stays of 6 nights or more.

Hotel room $250 per night; 1 bedroom/ 1 bath $450 per night; 1 bedroom/ 2 bath $500 per night; 2 bedroom/ 2 bath $650 per night; 3 bedroom/ 3 bath $825 per night.

Holiday Season
Dec. 26th - Jan. 2nd

What better way to celebrate the holidays than with a family ski trip. Some openings still available (Minimum stay requirements apply.)

1 bedroom/ 1 bath $600 per night; 1 bedroom/ 2 bath $625 per night; 2 bedroom/ 2 bath $900 per night; 3 bedroom/ 3 bath $1,200 per night.

Winter Discount Season
Jan. 3rd - Feb. 17th

Standard Winter Season
February 18th - March 10th

This is the peak ski season so be sure to plan ahead for Presidents Day. Minimum stay requirements for Feb. 18-26.

Hotel room $250 per night; 1 bedroom/ 1 bath $450 per night; 1 bedroom/ 2 bath $500 per night; 2 bedroom/ 2 bath $650 per night; 3 bedroom/ 3 bath $825 per night.

Spring Holiday Season
March 11th - March 19th

Please plan ahead for the big Spring Break week as we generally sell out by late December.

Hotel rooms not available; 1 bedroom/ 1 bath $515 per night; 1 bedroom/ 2 bath $555 per night; 2 bedroom/ 2 bath $725 per night; 3 bedroom/ 3 bath $900 per night.

Year- End Special
March 20th - April 3rd

Deep discounts for the final weeks of the season. Last chance to do the snow dance with great spring conditions!
