Edelweiss Spa specializes in custom deep tissue massage as well as an assortment of Eastern Massage--Thai and Balinese Massage. Our massage therapy team is comprised of advanced body workers with at least 10 years of experience.
We are now offering private and small group yoga classes. We design Retreats for your group. Retreats can be combined with lodging and meal packages. Please contact Spa Director for more information.

Traditional Balinese Massage with Ayurvedic Herbal Treatments
A traditional deep healing massage from the Island of Bali. This moving massage is custom designed to your body type—Vata, Pitta, Kapha and frees up the flow of energy while working deeply with your joint and muscles. The Ayurvedic Herbal Treatments are blended following the basic principles of Ayurvedic Medicine--a complete healing science from India. The Traditional Balinese Massage works with the chakras and meridians of the body.

A deep massage targeting the joints to loosen you up after a wonderful day skiing. This treatment is designed specifically for the skier and works all the muscles used on the slopes. MSM (Methyl-sulfonyl-methane) is a topical form of sulfur that aids in the regeneration of connective tissue. MSM is known for its anti-inflammatory properties.
