The Blonde Bear Tavern and Cafe are closed for the fall off season and will reopen for the coming winter ski season on Thanksgiving day.  Dinner reservations will be available starting in early November.  Note that the Blonde Bear Tavern accepts online reservations only up to 14 days in advance.  For Edelweiss lodging guests only, please contact our front desk staff for reservations more than 14 days in advance.

For the winter of 2026/27, the Blonde Bear Tavern will offer a great new menu with many of the classics and a few new items sure to be favorites soon.  Cozy up by the lobby fireplace for the best après ski in the valley, grab a stool at the bar for a drink and appetizers, or enjoy an intimate dinner in our elegant dining room.  With an extensive wine list, handcrafted cocktails and mocktails, and local beers on tap, The Blonde Bear Tavern has everything you need for a quality culinary experience.

The Blonde Bear Café will be open each Friday through Monday offering  a variety of homemade bagels, quiche, tea and coffee bar and fresh squeezed juice and Grab and Go options. Stop by to eat or pick up an order for your whole family!
