Lock-Off Hotel Room

This third floor modern hotel suite, complete with a King bed, TV/DVD, desk, and looks over Strawberry Hill and the sledding area.  You can sit at the bench window seat and watch the antics of the sledders or view a beautiful sunset before heading out to dinner.  The bathroom has a full sized bath tub and separate glass shower stall and double vanity. This room is also equipped with a mini-refrigerator.

The Edelweiss’ “Lock-Off” units are a bedroom and bathroom combination that are part of a larger condominium unit but that can be locked off from the main portion of the condominium by double doors and rented separately as a “hotel room”.  They have their own entrance from the public hallways.

Lock-Off Hotel Rooms are ideal for single travelers and couples visiting for shorter periods.  Guests staying in Lock-off Hotel Rooms are entitle to all of the Edelweiss property amenities with parking provided on a space available basis.  Lock-Off units may not be offered during peak holiday periods.

If you need additional unwinding and some muscle relaxation check out the spa services on the first floor, including a dry sauna, hot tub, and exercise room with updated equipment and free weights. The Edelweiss’ outstanding massage therapists are also on hand for massage treatments as well as facials and a unique body scrub treatment.  The kids will enjoy the shared game room equipped with a pool table, foosball table and big screen TV.

Taos Ski Valley is famous for its short lift lines, great snow, world-class ski schools, and challenging terrain. Now the Edelweiss offers guests the ultimate ski-in/ski-out facility with an ideal location near the Children’s Center and the Ernie Blake Ski School, and just meters from the lifts and main resort village. Our underground parking facility, personal boot lockers with dryers, complementary ski valet service, and an on-site full-service ski shop, let you enjoy more time on your skis and less carrying them. A day of skiing and snowboarding has never been so easy for the whole family to enjoy.

Our concierge will be happy to arrange for ski lessons with Taos Ski Valley’s first rate ski school as well as lift tickets, and the on site Alpine Xtreme Ski Shop located within the Edelweiss will gladly arrange for your rental and/or demo needs with super discounts for Edelweiss guests.
